Guillaume d'Eyssautier, CEO

Guillaume d’Eyssautier joined ADD semiconductor as CEO in May 2009 from picoChip where he was President and CEO. d’Eyssautier’s career has spanned over the past 25 years in the semiconductor industry, including management positions in both Europe and the USA. Prior to joining picoChip in 2005, he served as Senior VP and General Manager EMEA at Cadence Design Systems. Prior to that he was Vice President and General Manager EMEA for IBM Technology Group (Microelectronics and Storage). Prior to that he was Executive Director, European Operations, Rockwell Semiconductor Systems. He has also held senior posts with GEC-Plessey Semiconductor, Matra Harris Semiconductors in Europe and Philips Semiconductors in the US. d’Eyssautier holds a MSc from I.S.E.P. in Paris and an MBA from INSEAD, in France.

Alfredo Sanz, COO and Founder

Alfredo Sanz serves as Chief Operating Officer at ADD semiconductor with responsibility for areas of operations, including business development, marketing, product development and definition, operations and support to the CEO in strategy and financial management. He is a founder of ADD and is also member of Management Committee of PRIME, a member of the IEEE communication society and member of the TPC of ISPLC. He is an active contributor to the TGW of PRIME, to the IEEE P1901.2 “Low-Frequency Narrow-Band Power Line Communications” Working Group and ITU G.hnem Working Group. Sanz received his 'Laurea' (MSc.) degree in 1989 and PhD degree in 1994 from the University of Zaragoza (SPAIN) where he is Professor of the Department of Electronics Engineering and Communications, group of microelectronic and communications. He is author of several books, patents and more that 40 international papers.

Jose-Ignacio Garcia, CTO and Founder

Jose-Ignacio Garcia serves as Chief Operating Officer at ADD semiconductor with responsibility for technology strategy and chip design. He is a full Professor for the Department of Electronic & Communications at the University of Zaragoza. Garcia obtained a BS physics in 1988 and a Phd in electronic in 1994 from the University of Zaragoza. He acquired a large industrial experience in several R&D project under contact with international companies: white goods, communications and lighting equipment manufacturers. García is the author of several patents and more than 30 international papers.

Jesus Teijeiro Bello, VO World-Wide Sales

Jesus Teijeiro Bello is an Electronic Engineer who specialized in Industrial Electronics with more than 18 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.  After the first four years of designing hardware and software for transportation equipment he moved towards sales activities. Teijeiro Bello previously worked for two of the major semiconductor distributors, Arrow and EBV Elektronics, providing technical support first as Field Application Engineer, then later as Field Sales Engineer and Regional Sales Manager.  Previous to that, he worked for major Semiconductor companies including National Semiconductor, Fairchild, Fujitsu and Cypress, managing the Iberia region and supporting the OEM and distribution businesses. Teijeiro Bello holds an Industrial Engineering degree in Electronics from ICADE in Madrid.

Marta Garcés, VP Total Quality Management

Marta Garcés serves as Vice President of Total Quality Management at ADD semiconductor. In this capacity she is in charge of installing an integrated quality management system to achieve ISO9001 and other important ISO certifications. She joined ADD in November 2009 as VP of Operations. Before joining ADD, Garcés worked for Siemens as Corporate Coordinator in the areas of Quality, Environment and European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM), and in Kepar Electrónica firstly as R&D and Innovation Manager and later as project and international purchasing manager. She holds a Telecommunications Engineering Degree from the University of Zaragoza.
