Key job tasks and responsibilities

  1. Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the Sales and Executive Management
  2. Communicate client’s goals and represent client’s interests in front of ADD team.
  3. Maintain regular two-way communication between client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
  4. Effectively interact with other departments including the sales team when handling commercial campaigns, ensuring you are briefed fully and correctly in all aspects to maximize efficiency
  5. Interact closely with the technical team and Sales Executives, to gather, monitor and analyze performance data and ongoing strategy on a monthly basis throughout the length of the campaign.
  6. Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
  7. Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
  8. Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Sales and Executive Management of any problems that may arise.
  9. Ensure you manage expectations of all stakeholders by communicating through meetings, verbal, written and email forms.
  10. Project managing campaigns; developing timetables and setting deadlines for clients and the ADD team.
  11. Producing regular status reports to each client and establishing individual requirements whereby each client receives a bespoke service.
  12. Ensure account plans for each client are updated regularly with all current and relevant information concerning the client.
  13. Responding to requests from the Sales Management in an efficient and timely manner.
  14. Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client.
  15. Approves Change Orders and invoices, and is responsible for payment collections.
  16. Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular close contact account management which will include regular face to face meetings, telephone and email communication. You will be required to spend 50% of your time in face to face client meetings.
  17. Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.

Experience

  1. Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
  2. Minimum 3 years of Account/project management experience.
  3. A good understanding of what it takes to maintain and develop the most productive client relationships Must be comfortable working towards defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
  4. Must be able to quickly understand the client, their products and their industry.
  5. Ability to lead a project using own initiative and working as part of a team.
  6. Ability to create and maintain accurate / accessible and organized documentation.
  7. Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
  8. Excellent report-writing, analytical and project management skills excellent communication skills.
  9. Strong listening and questioning skills.
  10. Ability to effectively manage customer & staff relationships, promptly responds to queries, ensure promises are kept and manage expectations.
  11. Ability to analyze results, identify and explain any variance from targets.

Qualifications

Ideally the candidate will come from a semiconductor company or a meter manufacturer.

Education Level Required – Master or minimum Bachelor technical and business education

Must speak good English and Spanish.
